Eugene is the Principal of Consumetrix, a boutique IT/telecom services and project management organization. He is a Chartered IT Professional with two decades of industry expertise. Eugene has extensive experience of Ghana’s electronic communications sector, including relevant laws and policies, having worked at the C-level in both the public and private sectors and serving on boards such as the National Information Technology Agency. Julia Osei is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Ghana with hands-on experience in software engineering, frontend development, and full-stack product development. She has contributed to building scalable web and mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Next.js, Firebase, Supabase, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics with Computer Science from the University of Ghana, combining strong quantitative skills with creative technology capabilities. Experienced in applying data-driven thinking to practical business and design challenges. Previously served as a Graphic Designer at Zak Impression, where he supported client businesses by creating promotional visuals, managing brand content, and conducting research analysis to inform marketing strategies.
